How to Add a Sender to the Black List Using MagicSpam

Please take note of the following information:
SMTP sessions initiated with a 'from' argument within this list will not be subject to MagicSpam checks. The use of '*' wildcard characters is supported, but not generally recommended. It is important to understand that this matches how the sender identified themselves to your email server, which may differ from what you see in the From field of the message.

 

Step 1: Log in to your cPanel portal.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the cPanel login page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click the "Log In" button.

Step 2: Access the MagicSpam Plugin

  1. Once logged in, scroll down to the Email section.
  2. Click on the MagicSpam Plugin icon.

Step 3: Navigate to the Sender from Back List

  1. Click on Exemptions.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Sender from Back List.

Step 4: Add New Entry 

  1. In the New Entry text box under Sender from Black List, enter the email address or domain you want to blacklist.

Step 5: Save the Entry

  1. Click Add to save the email address or domain to the blacklist.
