How to add new contact in your client area

Step 1: Logging into Your Client Area

To begin, please log in to your client area. Open your web browser and navigate to https://my.rackzar.com/.
Once there, enter your username and password.

Step 2 - Contacts
In the top right corner, click on the drop-down arrow and select "Contacts".

Step 3: Add New Contact
Select " Add New Account" and add the required details.

Step 4: Email Preferences 
Select the notifications you want the sub-contact to receive, then click "Save Changes".
