Step 1: Logging into Your Client Area
To begin, please log in to your client area. Open your web browser and navigate to https://my.rackzar.com/
Once there, enter your username ( Email Address ) and Password.
Step 2: Services
On the left-hand side menu, select "Services and then click "Manage "
Step 3 : Product Details
Under the Product Details overview Click on "Reverse DNS", under the action menu
Step 4: Reverse DNS Management
Add the PTR record in the "New Reverse DNS" and click on update
