This procedure pertains to the process of creating new accounts or upgrading existing ones. Please adhere to the following steps in order to allocate the appropriate disk space:
Navigate to the "Services" section within your client area and select "Manage," as illustrated below.
Scroll down slightly and click on the "Email Accounts" option.
Here, you will have the capability to both create new accounts and make modifications to existing ones, as demonstrated in the image below.
The following example outlines how to modify an existing user's storage from 8GB to a 25GB account.
Once you have made the necessary adjustments, click on the "Confirm" button to save your changes.
