How to Add a HELO Entry to the Blacklist Using MagicSpam

Step 1: Access MagicSpam Protection

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the cPanel login page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click the "Log In" button.

Step 2: Access the MagicSpam Plugin

  1. Once logged in, scroll down to the Email section.
  2. Click on the MagicSpam Plugin icon.

Step 3: Navigate to HELO Blacklist

  1. Click on Exemptions.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select HELO Blacklist.

Step 4: Add a HELO Entry to the Blacklist

  1. In the New Entry text box under HELO Blacklist, enter the HELO string you want to blacklist.

Step 5: Save the Entry

  1. Click Add to save the HELO entry to the blacklist.
