Step 1: Logging into Your Client Area
To begin, you'll need to log in to your client area. Open your web browser and navigate to https://my.rackzar.com/.
Once there, enter your username and password.
Step 2: Services Menu
Next, navigate to the Services menu located on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on it to proceed.
Step 3: My Products & Services
Once you have reached the Products & Service page, locate the service you wish to cancel.
Click on the "Manage" button associated with that particular service.
Step 4: Product Details
Navigate to the left-hand side of the screen where you'll see the Action menu.
Within this menu, locate and click on the "Request Cancellation" option.
Step 5: Account Cancellation Request
In the designated field, provide a brief description of the reason for your cancellation.
Next, select your preferred cancellation type - either "Immediate" or "End of Billing Cycle".
Finally, click on the "Request Cancellation" button to proceed.
Please be aware that opting for immediate cancellation means you will not be eligible for a refund if an invoice has already been generated.
