Migration (Xneelo to cPanel)

1. Log on to your Xneelo client portal (konsoleH)

2. User your login credential provided from Xneelo to log in to konsoleH.

3. Navigate to the domain you would like to migrate, This could be achieved by expanding (domain name, volume plan)

4. Now you would need to create an FTP user account if one has not been created already, to achieve this click on (manage services) and then under (configuration) click on (FTP Users) If you do have a user already added and do not know the password you can reset it here also.

5. Once you have an FPT user and password please note your hosting servers address (Hosting Server) or (Server IP address)

6. Login to FileZilla or which ever FTP client you prefer to use. The next steps include the (host) (Username) and (Password) the FTP port by default is 22.

Enter those details and click on (connect)

7. Here you will see your remote site (source) and local site (destination) If not done already create a holding directory, in this example we have used the domains name (heartlandsbaby.org)

8. Once you have created a holding directory on the destination the next step will be to download all the files, The best way to do this is copy the most top directory which in this case is the (public_html)

Make sure you are in the new holding directory on the local site, then right click on public_html and select download.

This should que all the files in the directory and start the copy.

9. Once the copy has finished the next step is to log on to your hosted cPanel. If you have created the account that will be hosting the website then navigate to in via (List accounts)

10. Select the domain you will be using and click on the icon under (cPanel)

11. You should now be on the cPanel control panel. Select FTP Accounts to create an FTP user.

12. Here you can create a new FTP user or change the current FTP users passwords, this will be used to transfer files to the destination server.

13. One the FTP user and password have been created re-open FileZilla. The next step will be to log in to the destination server (WHM) and upload the local files to the remote server.

This is done by right clicking in the local directory (public_html) and clicking on upload.

14. Once the transfer has been completed the next step will be to move the files onto the correct directory on the cPanel server/account.
