Login to your Rackzar Client Zone.
Select "Domains" from the left menu, then "manage DNS"
Select "rDNS"
Select " + Add PTR Record "
Select the service you want to add the PTR record for. ** There should be a drop down for dedicated server customers **
Input the desired PTR record in the "RDATA field and "Confirm" to save.
