How to Mange your PTR (RDNS) inside the Client Zone

How to add PTR Records to your VPS or Dedicated Server from your Client Zone.

Step 1: Logging into Your Client Area

To begin, please log in to your client area. Open your web browser and navigate to https://my.rackzar.com/
Once there, enter your username ( Email Address ) and Password.

Step 2: Manage DNS
On the left-hand side menu, select "Domains" from the menu, then click "Manage DNS"

Step 3 : DNS Manager 

Click "rDNS", then click "+ Add PTR Record"

Step 4: Add PTR Record

Select the service for which you want to add the PTR record.

**Dedicated server customers will see a drop-down menu**

Input the desired PTR record in the "RDATA" field and click "Confirm" to save.
